1. Reports

Financial Summary

The Financial Summary report gives you a bird's-eye view of your revenue and expenses across all projects.

To access it:

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation.
  2. Select Financial Summary.
  3. You will see a bar chart and summary cards showing key numbers.

Using the Date Range Filter

By default, the report shows data for the current month. To change the time period:

  1. Click the date range picker at the top of the report.
  2. Select a start date and end date.
  3. The report updates automatically to show data for your chosen period.

This is useful for generating monthly, quarterly, or yearly summaries.

Understanding the Bar Chart

The bar chart displays two colors:

  • Green bars represent money received from clients (payments, milestone collections).
  • Red bars represent money spent (vendor payments, labour costs, expenses).

The gap between green and red tells you your net position. If green bars are consistently taller, your business is healthy.

Exporting Reports to CSV

You can download any report as a CSV file to open in Excel or Google Sheets:

  1. Open the report you want to export.
  2. Click the Export or Download CSV button (usually in the top-right corner).
  3. The file downloads to your computer, ready to open in your spreadsheet application.

This is helpful for sharing financial data with your accountant or for offline analysis.

Other Available Reports

Beyond the Financial Summary, Igolo Interior offers several specialized reports:

  • Profitability Report -- See profit margins per project. Identify which projects are making money and which are at risk.
  • Material Consumption Report -- Track how much material has been used across projects and compare against estimates.
  • Labour Report -- View labour hours, costs, and team performance across projects.
  • Payment Report -- See all client payments with status (pending, cleared, rejected).
  • Vendor Report -- Review spending by vendor, delivery reliability, and outstanding purchase orders.

Set up your company profile so it appears correctly on quotations, invoices, and emails:

  1. Go to Settings and then Company Information.
  2. Fill in your company name, logo, address, GST number, and phone number.
  3. Click Save.

This information is used in all PDF documents (quotations, invoices, purchase orders) and email templates.

Managing Users & Roles

Control who has access to your system and what they can do:

  1. Go to Settings and then Users or Team Members.
  2. To invite a new user, click Add User and enter their name, email, and role.
  3. Available roles include Super Admin, Manager, BDE, Sales, Supervisor, and Client.
  4. Each role has specific permissions -- for example, Sales can manage leads and create quotations, while Supervisors can log daily site updates.

For a detailed breakdown of what each role can do, see the Managing Your Team guide.

Notification Preferences

Choose which alerts you want to receive:

  1. Go to Settings and then Notifications.
  2. Toggle on or off the types of notifications you want (e.g., new lead assigned, payment received, approval requests).
  3. Choose whether you want in-app notifications, email notifications, or both.

Integrations Setup

Connect external services to extend your system's capabilities:

  1. Go to Settings and then Integrations.
  2. You will see options for Email (SMTP), WhatsApp, Razorpay, and Google Maps.
  3. Follow the setup instructions for each integration.

For detailed setup steps, see the Integrations guide.

3. Organization Settings

Company Profile

Your organization profile contains the basic details about your business:

  • Company name and logo.
  • Business address and contact information.
  • GST or tax registration number.

Keep this information up to date, as it appears on all client-facing documents.

Team Members Overview

View all team members in your organization at a glance:

  • See who is active and their assigned role.
  • Check when each member was added.
  • Remove or deactivate members who are no longer with your team.

Usage Tracking

Monitor how much of your plan you are using:

  • Leads -- How many leads you have created versus your plan limit.
  • Projects -- How many active projects you are running.
  • Users -- How many team members are using the system.

This helps you anticipate when you might need to upgrade your plan.

4. Billing & Subscription

Understanding Your Plan

Igolo Interior offers several plans to fit different business sizes:

  • Free Trial -- Try the full system free for a limited time. All features are available so you can explore before committing.
  • Starter -- Ideal for small firms with a few active projects. Includes core features like lead management, quotations, and project tracking.
  • Pro -- Built for growing businesses. Includes everything in Starter plus advanced reporting, integrations, and higher limits on users and projects.
  • Enterprise -- For large firms with custom needs. Includes dedicated support, custom limits, and priority features.

What Each Plan Includes

Each plan differs in:

  • The number of team members you can invite.
  • The number of active projects you can manage.
  • Access to advanced features (integrations, AI floor plan analysis, detailed reports).
  • Support level and response times.

You can see a detailed comparison of plans in your billing settings.

How to Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings and then Billing or Subscription.
  2. Review the available plans and click Upgrade on the one you want.
  3. Complete the payment through the secure Razorpay checkout.
  4. Your new plan is activated immediately.

You can upgrade at any time. If you switch plans mid-cycle, the billing is adjusted accordingly.

Trial Period and What Happens When It Expires

When you first sign up, you start with a free trial that gives you full access to all features. During the trial:

  • Explore all modules (leads, quotations, projects, finances).
  • Invite your team and start working with real data.
  • Your data is safe -- nothing is deleted when the trial ends.

When the trial expires, you will be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you do not upgrade immediately, your data remains intact but some features may be restricted until you subscribe.
